Our standard mentorship program runs for 3 months. After this period, many mentors and mentees choose to continue their relationship informally based on mutual interest and availability.
We match based on career goals, industry, experience level, and mentorship preferences. Our team carefully reviews each application to ensure the best possible match for both mentors and mentees.
We recommend meeting at least twice a month. The frequency and format (video call, phone, or in person where possible) is decided between the mentor and mentee based on their availability and preferences.
Manara Hub is a Muslim-focused platform, and our primary community is Muslim professionals and students. However, we welcome anyone who aligns with our values and mission to participate.
